Would be happy to try and run yabs, anyone wanna share their instance for an hour?
My testing account has a reserved node on it if you'd like to try it using that node - I can push the services to your account through the billing panel so you can have a go at it if you want?
I was not at all expecting to sell out of this meme, though to be fair there's only one node up. I'll set up a couple more over the weekend - these are great learning tools and when they work, they're actually functional despite the meme.

Should be set, good test of my transfer system. You'll have to rebuild the container as I already forgot the temporary pass I set on it when I made it for myself.

Edit: You need swap, you need to manually install fio, and iperf3 & you need to download YABS from another source (GitHub didn't want to work, so I uploaded it to my own webserver)
As @yoursunny said, it's public info.
I'd be more worried if you didn't do research into what you were getting.
I'll add more nodes this weekend since, for some reason, people have made tickets asking for more.
The compute sticks are just awful for this, and awful to work with. I'm actively looking for other low power alternates that are slightly more performant than 1 whole iop.
Because I don't like to leave clients hanging, an update is in order.
Will there be more stock? Not until I fix this mess.
The beta node was offline for what I could tell probably at least 2 weeks, but maybe less, maybe more.
I did some investigating and the node locally was fine, nothing was wrong with the node itself, business as usual. I didn't dig into the logs, just make sure it's online and the proxmox page wasn't spewing kernel errors. Checks out.
Router, the router that handles the wifi portion of connecting the node to the vlan that routes to the tunneled portion of the network... Well it had a bad day at some point. Logs were all corrupted so I'm guessing she's not happy with whatever I'm doing to her. Cue router abuse'
I'm gonna own up to my mistake, the 4 clients on the machine will all get 2 months free for this, despite none of them actually submitting a ticket saying "it broke". Not many providers out there that'll own up like that unless questioned so definitely want to be an example.
In addition to this, I've spent a few weeks locating low power nodes that have ethernet onboard and suitable performance specifications to replace the compute stick nodes. I've made 1 purchase of a node, but if anyone here has suggestions for meme nodes feel free if it doesn't break my wallet too hard considering I hand out credit code for these like candy. Would eventually like to earn a dollar back on these someday.
Edit: Don't know how I forgot, but I also plan to give the 4 beta client's who've put up with this meme free upgrades to the new ultra low power nodes once I've determined a node I like. This will likely come with an increase in ram and disk space. Prices will remain the same for as long as they keep the plan on their account. Hurray for legacy!
As part of an action remediation plan I am looking into proper uptime monitoring tools so I get service check alerts when devices or nodes don't respond for a set period of time. Suggestions are welcome.

On which ASN is that compute stick, considering a dedicated v4 for every container?
Might be something for @jtk
Edit: Ah, I see.

@jtk only takes KVM.

If you add 1 GB of SWAP to that LXC, then I can get geek bench 5 results

Do you have plans to use Starlink? It would make this offer better xD
I'm on the Starlink waitlist, I had gotten it before but couldn't afford it by the time I got through.
I've manually added swap, good luck.
alr thanks, will do when I come back from school

I'm away atm but I'll get you a voucher and ticket you with it.
Network and CPU actually look usable, I like the single 1M iop.
I missed this post, in the original listing "May be located in a cornfield or backyard" It's single homed.
I see that, but any info on the physical location?
Like city, state/province, country?
The all seeing eye sees everything...
Oh, midwestern USA. Not sure how I didn't see this notification till now.
Address on the ASN registration:
Network is single homed to FranTech Las Vegas.

well, that's the address you provided when registering for an ASN.
it doesn't mean you have to physically have a host there, right?
FWIW, you can host it in your aunt's house, your buddy's office, etc...

so there is tunneling going on for sure.
